Ahead of the start of the 2016 season, Law At Work are offering hotels, restaurants and food retailers a start of season special offer deal on our CIEH Food Safety training, in addition to our regular courses.

Law At Work recognise the importance of certification by a national body known for its excellence, which is why our trainers are all CIEH Food Safety Level 4 qualified and can deliver Levels 1, 2 or 3 in a classroom setting from as little as £400 (+GST) for a Level 1 session for a maximum of 12 people or £125 (+GST) per person for a Level 2 course.

If time in a classroom doesn’t suit your employees’ schedule, how about our eLearning? Delivered online via a standard Internet browser, our CIEH Food Safety Level 1 & 2 courses in English, Portuguese and Polish** start from as little as £15 (+GST) per person per course and can be undertaken at a time and location that suits your staffing needs.

Those are our a la carte options but we all know you can get a better deal if you go with the set menu. Read on to find out more about our special offer.

Start of season special offer

A major new employment issue that also affects your industry is Jersey’s discrimination law. This is such a large piece of legislation that we cover it separately.

For the start of the season, we are offering you 1 free online training licence for any of our eLearning discrimination courses (see below) when you purchase a place on our Focus on… Hospitality course.

Discrimination law training

Do your employees know that they may not discriminate in the workplace on the grounds of race or sex (and related characteristics) without risking a personal liability of £10,000 for each infraction of the law? And that liability can be fixed on the
business unless you have taken steps to prevent discrimination? Training your employees is one way to do this.

Law At Work offer classroom based training sessions on the discrimination law from £500 (+GST) for a three hour course.

We also offer the following online courses via our eLearning training that cost £15 per person per course:

  • Introduction to Discrimination
  • Race Discrimination
  • Sex Discrimination
