Mediation
Confidential Conflict Resolution
Mediation is a dispute resolution process which is both flexible and confidential. One of our trained mediators can actively assist parties to achieve a negotiated settlement when in dispute. This is very different to arbitration however as the parties remain in control of any decisions reached relating to resolution and settlement. Employers often find that mediation can be a more commercially attractive option to resolving issues quickly and confidentially without the need to pursue formal proceedings.
If you are looking for a quick and cost-effective method with a high success rate in resolving employment disputes then mediation is certainly worth considering.
