Unconscious Bias eLearning looks at the causes of bias inside and outside the workplace and how to tackle issues relating to bias.
The licence price allows one user to access the course and is exclusive of GST.
How we perceive the work, act, make decisions, and treat others are all influences by things like our upbringing, culture, experiences, and personal likes and dislikes. We take some actions consciously, meaning we are aware of what we are doing and why. However, often we are unaware of the underlying factors that influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. And if those underlying factors go unacknowledged and unmanaged, they can have damaging effects.
This course describes what unconscious bias is and how it influences behaviour both inside and outside the workplace.
