Any person who is responsible for ensuring that their workplace conforms with the requirements of Regulation 4 under the Discrimination (Disability) (Jersey) Regulations 2018.
To allow those with responsibilities to establish how well their buildings perform to allow access and ease of use by a wide range of potential users and in particular employees, customers and visitors with a disability or impairment and to be aware of the need to put reasonable adjustments in place.
