Start of season special offer
A major new employment issue that also affects your industry is Jersey’s discrimination law. This is such a large piece of legislation that we cover it separately.
For the start of the season, we are offering you 1 free online training licence for any of our eLearning discrimination courses (see below) when you purchase a place on our Focus on… Seasonal Issues course.
Discrimination law training
Do your employees know that they may not discriminate in the workplace on the grounds of race or sex (and related characteristics) without risking a personal liability of £10,000 for each infraction of the law? And that liability can be fixed on the
business unless you have taken steps to prevent discrimination? Training your employees is one way to do this.
Law At Work offer classroom based training sessions on the discrimination law from £500 (+GST) for a three hour course.
We also offer the following online courses via our eLearning training that cost £15 per person per course:
- Introduction to Discrimination
- Race Discrimination
- Sex Discrimination
