Beyond the Advice: Launching in 2026

Beyond the Advice is our Human Leadership Series.

Season One launches in 2026.

This series is designed to make you live, breathe, and feel the impact leaders create in the people sphere.

Season One explores topics including psychological safety, culture, difficult conversations, and bullying and harassment. But we don’t stop at defining what these are. We go deeper. We explore what leadership feels like in practice.

We dig beneath the surface to uncover the why: why we avoid addressing our own biases, shy away from difficult moments, or listen too closely to our inner critic. And we challenge that instinct by replacing comfort with clarity, because clarity beats comfort.

This series explores reaction versus response, and how, as human leaders, we can choose differently.

It’s about how we show up, how we change, and how we lead — consciously and courageously — in 2026.

Season One Episodes

Unspoken – Is it Safe to Talk?

21 May 2026 – An immersive session on psychological safety, exploring what truly makes people speak up — and what silently shuts them down.

Culture Happens Anyway

25 June 2026 – A candid look at how culture is shaped every day through behaviour, decisions, and what leaders choose to ignore.

Awkward, Let’s Fix That

9 July 2026 – A practical exploration of difficult conversations — building the confidence to address what feels uncomfortable before it becomes damaging.

No Bull Allowed – When Behaviour Becomes Harm

24 September 2026 – A powerful session examining bullying and harassment, focused on recognising harm early and responding with clarity and courage.

The Experience

Each session is an in-person, facilitated experience — reflective, challenging, and grounded in real leadership moments. This is space to pause, think, feel, and respond differently.

The series is held at Greenhills Country House Hotel, chosen intentionally as an escape from the everyday. A place where leaders can step away from noise, be fully present, and focus on how they lead — not just what they do.

This is not something to watch back or read about later — you need to be in the room.
