Registered managers, registered persons and relevant trustees or directors who have responsibilities under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018

 

Why is this training required?

This training is described by Jersey Care Commission, (“JCC”), in their care standards, as a statutory and mandatory training requirement for staff working within the care industry.

    • Be able to explain the definitions and principles.
    • Have the knowledge to be able to implement compliant processes.
    • To know what is expected of care service providers regarding data security.
    • Understand the rights of data subjects.
