Who needs this training?
All care staff working within the Care Industry.
This training is a mandatory requirement for all care staff. This training provides insights and understanding in working with people who experience either learning disabilities, mental health or dementia. It supports staff in providing the appropriate care and assistance to the individual and their families. The course uses the principles of person-centred care and is taught utilising anonymised case studies and requires a high level of learner participation. CPD Accredited.
