The Right Advice on… Running a Disciplinary Hearing

Who needs this learning?
This half day learning is designed for those responsible for HR processes, including Managers, in their organisation.

 

Why is this learning required?
This short session (2.5 hours) is designed to give practical advice and tips that can be taken back to the workplace and applied immediately.

 

 

Learning Outcomes
The main aim of this session is to develop broad understanding of:

·         the role of a disciplinary chair

·         how to prepare for a disciplinary hearing

·         what skills are required

·         how to conduct a disciplinary hearing

·         how to make a fair decision
