Simon is an experienced leader, speaker, and writer in the intersection of people and ethics at work. Over the past three decades, he has built a fantastic reputation for his innovative and disruptive views on HR.
Having won many awards in his field, Simon brings extensive experience to the LAW team. He has been working with businesses to solve growth problems and oversaw massive growth as a Global HR Director for a leading offshore law firm.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Simon is also a trustee of several charities and a pro bono advisor to many other good causes on the Island. His values include kindness and openness, and he aims to make people’s work experience in Jersey as beautiful and inspirational as the Island itself.
Simon also serves as a Jersey Appointments Commissioner and a member of the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal.
Simon is a Quaker, which mainly entails sitting quietly for long periods of time.
