Robyn is a seasoned HR professional with six years of experience at Jersey Post, where she advanced from HR Trainee Assistant to HR Partner supporting all business units – particularly postal operations, retail, and customer care – gaining valuable insight into commercial business dynamics.
She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and is currently pursuing her Level 5. Robyn brings full-cycle HR expertise spanning recruitment through to offboarding. She is particularly adept at employee relations, having led internal investigations and disciplinary processes, and has successfully spearheaded performance management initiatives that equip both employees and managers to perform effectively.

A solo traveller in her early twenties, Robyn spent time in South Africa supporting animal conservation projects – an experience that deepened her confidence and interpersonal capabilities.
