Paul joined Law at Work in May 2021. He has had over 40 years of experience in the quarrying and recycling industry in Jersey having acted as Quarry manager at both of the island’s quarries.
Safety, Health and Environmental management have played a large part in his work. Paul continues his interest in the industry, still being involved in blasting operations. He holds a National General Certificate (NEBOSH) certificate and various other qualifications and is a full member of the Institute of Quarrying (MIQ).
Paul enjoys several outdoor pursuits, including clay pigeon shooting, fishing and has a keen interest in earth sciences, in particular mineralogy. He has an extensive mineral collection gathered both locally and worldwide. When out and about he will often be seen looking at the ground in search of specimens, his wife despairing at the thought of more “rocks” in the house!
