Jane joined the team in 2024 through LAW’s acquisition of Insight Group and has an extensive background in business development, client relationships, and marketing.
Her excellent organisational skills and attention to detail make her a great facilitator, which has helped her organise the popular Jersey and Guernsey DisruptHR events (described by Jane as TEDx on steroids and involving many spinning plates). As further proof of her ability to drive change, Jane created, managed, and marketed the most successful IT training company in the Channel Islands in the 1990s.
Jane is conscientious, commercial, and practical, enabling her to deliver the best possible experience to our clients. As the Client Experience & Event Manager, she is all about looking after people and helping them complete their tasks.
You’ll likely find Jane on the golf course outside of work, trying to lower her handicap. She loves the challenge of the game and enjoys spending time with her friends in the fresh air. Jane tries to keep fit and healthy and is also a keen skier.
Born in Crosby, Liverpool, Jane has not lost her accent or sense of humour. She loves visiting her hometown – when she’s not travelling elsewhere! Jane likes listening to the radio and keeps her mind sharp by doing crosswords and puzzles like Wordle.
