Heidi leads the strategic direction for Law At Work and oversees the People, Safety, Growth and Recruitment teams within the LAW Group.
Heidi has worked in both the public and private sectors, building her career in HR in financial services. Heidi Joined LAW is 2008 and completed a management buyout with Kelly in 2010, since then, Heidi has been at the forefront of developing and growing a team of amazing professionals in their field.
Heidi developed her passion for working with people and their careers over 25 years ago, completing her HR qualifications while working full time. She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2013.
More recently Heidi found her love for Coaching and is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is the Leader of the ICF Channel Islands Group. Previously Heidi has held the vocational positions of chair of the IoD Educational and Training Sub-Committee and was Policy Advisor and Vice Chair for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Heidi describes her motivation as a desire to develop leaders of choice resulting in high performing teams who are all working towards delivering the outcomes required to achieve and exceed their organisation’s business plan.
Her style is to share her extensive knowledge of people strategies, employment relations and people management working with leaders to provide a clear, comprehensive, and commercial value to any business.
A huge fan of Coldplay, Heidi was born and raised in Jersey, loves to spend time with her family in her favourite spots in beautiful St Brelade.
