Cara began her career with Law At Work in 2012 through the States of Jersey’s Back to Work scheme. She started on reception, and within two years she had joined the Health & Safety team achieving her IOSH Managing Safely, DSE Assessor and CIEH Food Safety Level 4 training.
In 2016 she joined the Human Resources team, completed her Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources two years later and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. She is currently completing her CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Cara deals with all aspects of HR from recruitment, employee lifecycle and employee relations to reward and development, payroll and HR outsourcing.
When time allows, Cara is an avid reader, but her real passion is planning social events such as birthday parties for her son, the office Christmas party and gin tasting with the girls.
