Law At Work acquires Insight Limited

Law At Work (LAW) has announced its recent acquisition of Insight Limited (Insight) as the two businesses join forces to create a dynamic partnership in the field of people and business management.

Simon Nash, owner of Insight, will also join LAW as a director. Simon has extensive experience in the ethical management of people at work, culture and leadership development

Nothing will change for Insight’s existing clients, as the same people will manage the business, but the team now has access to a wider range of services and associated businesses to enhance their service offerings to their clients.

As the Insight team have joined LAW at their offices in Seale Street, LAW clients will also benefit from new value adding service provisions by boosting its ‘emerging leaders’ development programmes, and senior management ethical business agendas.

“Post-pandemic, we have been looking for ways to future-proof our business, and we believe Insights will help us do so,” said Kelly Flageul, Group Executive Chair of LAW.

“Insight has been making waves in the thought leadership, culture, and ethical landscapes in recent years, and we are delighted that Simon and his team will be joining the LAW group. I have known Simon for many years and believe that his expertise and passion will help LAW bring us closer to our goal of making people matter. We already have some exciting ideas in the pipeline that we hope to announce later this year.”

Simon Nash, Director of Insight Limited, also commented: “LAW has been the market leader for HR support in the Channel Islands for over 20 years. They have been the first choice for employers and HR teams for efficient, ethical, accurate, and practical support – or, as they say, ‘the right advice’.

“Personally, I am so excited to be joining LAW. We believe this is going to be transformative for the ethical management of people at work in organisations and excellent for clients in the Channel Islands and beyond, a fresh opportunity for those businesses we haven’t yet worked with.”

Completion officially occurred on 30 August 2024.
