Scott started his HR career as a Payroll Officer before becoming a Junior Advisor at a major financial services firm in Jersey.
These positions offered him valuable opportunities to build client relationships, improve his communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, and consistently meet deadlines.
It didn’t take long for him to realise his passion for human resources, and in 2023, he proudly completed his CIPD Level 3 certificate. This achievement fuelled his enthusiasm for HR and significantly enhanced his skills and knowledge.
Scott joined the Law team in 2024 as a People Administrator. He is enthusiastic and energetic about his role and looks forward to a successful career with Law At Work.
Outside the office, Scott enjoys playing football, which keeps him active and competitive. He also cherishes spending quality time with his friends and family, whether sharing a meal, going out, or simply relaxing together.
