Jonathan joins Law At Work as an experienced aviation safety and compliance professional with a strong background in health, safety, security, and operational leadership.
With over two decades in the aviation industry, he’s built a reputation for being calm under pressure, practical in his approach, and genuinely invested in building strong safety cultures. In previous roles, he managed a workforce of 150 during the COVID-19 pandemic and supported business start-ups and their development.
Jonathan specialises in translating complex regulations into clear, workable solutions that support both compliance and real-world operations. He’s known for building strong safety cultures through collaboration, clear communication, and a calm, measured approach – helping organisations create safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces.
In his free time, Jonathan supports the Around the Island Walk Trust and Helping Wings Jersey as a Trustee and Volunteers for other Community events, such as the Jersey International Air Display.
