With nine years of diverse office experience, Eliza brings a versatile background in operations coordination, project management, sales support, and finance administration.
She started her career as a coordinator for a health and safety company, managing training logistics, contractor scheduling, and property visits before moving to an operations-based role at a global IT service provider.
Leading the project to merge newly acquired sales teams during her role in sales support sparked Eliza’s interest in people management. Inspired by a conversation with Lorna, she has been pursuing a career in HR and hopes to achieve professional HR qualifications.
Eliza permanently relocated to Jersey at the beginning of 2024 after travelling between Scotland and Jersey for two years. Her warm, bubbly personality is a welcome addition to the team, and she’s always happy to support the team.
In her free time, Eliza enjoys an active lifestyle. You’ll likely find her playing tennis, boxing, weight training, doing yoga, or on a hiking trip with friends. She also appreciates spending time with her family, snuggling up with her dog, and finding new travel destinations.
