Duncan began his career in sales before moving into Human Resources Management.
He has worked at a senior level for large and small businesses and has over 16 years operational HRM experience in commercial organisations. Before he joined LAW in September 2017, he was developing remuneration surveys in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, a service he now provides for our clients. Prior to that, he held the roles of Senior HR Business Partner at a local plc and HR Manager for a Jersey-based global company where he gained 8 years of international HR experience in the medical device industry. Duncan is responsible for developing a new range of products and services, including remuneration surveys and payroll services.
When Duncan can be dragged away from his PC and his beloved Excel spreadsheets, ever hopeful of catching a big fish, he loves spending time in the outdoors, freshwater fishing and walking.
