Law At Work (LAW) has promoted Lauren Bransford to the role of Human Resources Business Manager for its Guernsey office.
Lauren has previously worked with LAW as a consultant and brings with her over 12 years of HR experience in the finance and retail sectors. In her new role, Lauren will be responsible for providing support to businesses across the HR spectrum, from on-site attendance to senior level strategic input.
Kelly Flageul, Managing Director of Law At Work, said: “We are delighted to announce Lauren’s promotion. Her extensive expertise will no doubt prove invaluable to our clients in both Guernsey and Jersey. Given that Lauren has been helping her husband James run a successful business, which has been established in the Island since 2003, she is able to draw on her own experiences to help our clients reduce their employment risk and keep them up to date with local regulations.”
Lauren has completed a number of HR and management qualifications and worked in various organisations advising on HR matters. She has raised a young family at the same time so is used to prioritising and organising workloads.
Law At Work’s HR professionals seamlessly bridge administrative and strategic gaps within the HR departments of large businesses and are equally adept at problem solving the more common day-to-day staff management issues for those which do not have in-house HR support. The team provides outsourced HR management, Health and Safety, Executive Recruitment and Training support to businesses large and small across both jurisdictions and has recently opened a sister company, HR At Work, in the UK following client demand for assistance across the Channel.
