One of our clients is currently seeking a part time HR Manager to run the HR Department of a large hotel based in Jersey. Candidates will need to have a practical understanding of the issues facing the hospitality industry in Jersey and ideally should have:
- at least two years’ management experience within a HR environment;
- good working knowledge of existing employment laws; and
- an approachable and confident manner along with the confidence of their convictions.
